Cancellation Policy

Need to change or cancel your Mystery Adventure?

SELF-GUIDED MYSTERY ADVENTURES:

You can make changes to a self-guided Mystery Adventures booking at any time up until 3 business days before your adventure. Changes include, but are not limited to, the adventure itself, date time, people and/or dietary requirements. Changes after this time may incur an additional cost.

​If you need to cancel, you can receive a full refund at any time up until 3 business days before your adventure. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded or only partially refunded due to service and supplier costs already incurred. 

COVID19:

If your booking cannot go ahead due to COVID-19 lockdowns, you can reschedule your adventure for a different date, or you can receive a credit for your adventure.

Should you or a close household contact contract COVID-19 and be told you need to self-isolate, you must notify us as soon as possible. You can receive a full credit for your adventure up until 1 business day before your adventure and if you provide official documentation confirming your positive test result. Any cancellations after this time may not be credited or you may only receive a partial credit due to service and supplier costs already incurred.

MYSTERY ACCOMMODATION:


If you have booked Mystery Accommodation with your self-guided Mystery Adventure, changes or cancellations are available up until 7 business days before your adventure. Any cancellations any this time will not be refunded or only partially refunded due to service and supplier costs already incurred. 

GUIDED MYSTERY ADVENTURES:

If you have booked a Mystery Wine Tasting Adventure or a Mystery Brewery Tour and need to make changes to your booking, you can do so at any time up until 7 business days before your tour. If you need to cancel your tour, your initial deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel. If you have paid your remaining balance and provide less than 7 days notice for cancellation, you will not be refunded or only partially refunded for this balance.
